Bear in mind that we can not guarantee that our images will reflect the product in its actual appearance completely accurate. Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Let us know immediately if you do not recognize the order.


PRICE & PAYMENT

Each product is displayed inclusive of VAT. In the basket you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and payment. ALLSTARK guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card details are protected. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex as well as PayPal.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer shipping to many countries. Goods are shipped on regular workdays, Monday to Friday. Orders are sent with DHL and Fedex worldwide except for Sweden where orders are shipped with Postnord. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email.

Sweden
Goods shipped with Postnord, 1-2 working days

Rest of the world
Goods shipped with DHL, 1-3 working days.

In cases where ALLSTARK have reason to doubt the buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, ALLSTARK have no obligation to implement the supply and shall have the right to stop the products during transport, unless the buyer make the advance payment for delivery and other claims resulting in the business relationship or contributory safety that can reasonably be accepted by ALLSTARK.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To arrange a return, please email customercare@allstark.se Products may be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of initial receipt. Please note: The right to exchange does not apply to broken packages of briefs / socks. ALLSTARK shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned, or if you inform us of wanting to change the product. You are obligated to pay the shipping cost of return. ALLSTARK will pay to ship replacement products and / or services.

Returning a product / service to be made at your expense, unless the product / service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products / services to be sent as a letter or parcel post and not COD. At a trade, will ALLSTARK pay for the shipping of replacement product / service. Once you have applied the return policy you should return the product in person or by mail to us.



PRIVACY & SECURITY

When ordering a product / service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase, you agree that this information is stored in accordance with ALLSTARK privacy policy in order to complete our agreement for our customers. ALLSTARK is obliged by law to keep that information stored and in the privacy of someone else

FORCE MAJEURE

ALLSTARK is not responsible for non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, directly or indirectly obstruct, hinder or makes the production, delivery or shipping uneconomical until the obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances should be deemed to include difficulties in raising raw materials and other difficulties and disorders, including but not limited to, war, riots, labor disputes, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, lack of transport, hindrance or interruption in case of transport by sea breakdowns or interruptions of any kind relating to our equipment or facilities, as are deemed necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations.
